Franey Trail

We began the day with another steep mountain climb that led to panoramic views of the Clyburn River Canyon, the Atlantic Ocean, and the location of another chair in the Red Chair Challenge.

                       

                                                     

Freshwater Lake Look-off

This short steep climb also led to ocean views and yet another red chair! The red chair outside the visitor center at the foot of this climb did not count as part of the Challenge, but the prominently displayed Canadian flag provided a nice photo op.

                            

Neil's Harbour

We had some extra time after hiking so we drove north to see the fishing boats docked at Neil's Harbour.

                       

Keltic Lodge

Then it was back to more relaxing at the Keltic Lodge.

                            

We capped off the final hours of our vacation with an after dinner best of 3 pool tournament. You'll never guess who won unless I give you a hint - she's in the photo below. :)
